Preparation:

  • Give yourself a few days to prepare both physically and mentally.

  • Gradually reduce your intake of foods on the "Please Limit" list for a minimum of 2 days.

  • Mentally prepare and fully commit to the detox.

  • Remind yourself of the amazing results and how great you'll feel afterward.

Please Limit list (reduce or eliminate):

  • Meat (including chicken and bacon)

  • All refined sugars

  • Packaged foods

  • Dairy (cow milk and cheese)

  • Eggs

  • White pasta

  • White rice

  • Coffee and tea (consider switching to herbal tea for a few days)

  • Sodas or other sweetened drinks

  • Alcohol

  • Cigarettes

  • Any other smoking substances

During the Detox

Daily Routine:

  • Upon rising, drink 16oz of warm water with juice of one lemon and 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar.

  • Next have a herbal tea provided.

  • Follow the recommended timing for consuming the juices.

  • Sip the juices gradually or drink them quickly, based on your preference.

  • End your day with another tea provided in your detox box.

  • Optional: Add chia seeds to 2 or 3 juices per day (let them gelatinize for at least 10 minutes).

Note about Exercise:

  • You can exercise during the detox.

  • Listen to your body and consider lower-intensity workouts, especially on Day 2.

After Your Detox

Post-Detox Recommendations:

  • Rejoice and congratulate yourself on completing the detox.

  • Be mindful not to revert to old habits immediately.

  • Continue eating raw foods, healthy options, and avoid dairy, coffee, and alcohol.

  • Attached are a few recipes from the 7-day Meal Plan to help you make healthy choices.
