Spring 3-Day Group Detox!
Hi Guys (and my gals)!
I hope everyone is well and in recovery mode after these children were off of school for an estimated eternity of an Easter break. Who allowed them to have 2 weeks off anyway. But in all honesty, I enjoyed having them around (I have amazing kids) and making copious amounts of snacks. I had a great Easter.
But it's back to business as usual and a Spring detox is on the horizon. Most of you know that we should be detoxing AT LEAST twice a year as a bare minimum. Ideally we would be detoxing every 3 months as we change 'seasons'. We have a lot of clients that do that and are getting a ton of benefits. But if you haven't been doing it, Spring is one of the best times to do it as it marks a new beginning and makes a perfect reset before Summer.
Our group detoxes are designed to allow those of you that like support (or misery loves company) ha! It allows you to detox along with others to help keep you on track and motivated. But even if you're a trooper and used to doing it all on your own, it's nice to know you aren't alone.
So join us for our upcoming 3-Day Group Spring Detox (April 28 - May 1). Sign up starts today and will end on April 27th. So make sure you grab your spot as I am going to cap this one. :) Hope to see you in there!
Here are some reminders of why we're detoxing :)
1. Improved Digestive Health: A juice cleanse can provide a temporary rest for the digestive system by allowing the body to focus on detoxification and nutrient absorption, potentially relieving bloating and improving overall digestive function. The nutrients in the juices can be readily absorbed, supporting digestive processes and potentially leading to a more efficient digestive system.
2. Weight Loss: Juice cleanses are often low in calories, which can lead to a temporary weight loss when coupled with a calorie deficit. Some studies suggest that juice cleanses can alter gut bacteria, potentially contributing to longer-term weight management.
3. Enhanced Immunity: The high concentration of vitamins and antioxidants in fresh juices can help boost the immune system. Juices can also help maintain a healthy balance of gut bacteria, which is crucial for a robust immune system.
4. Potential for Toxin Removal: Some advocates believe that juice cleanses can aid in removing toxins from the body. Increased fluid intake from juice can support kidney function, which plays a role in waste removal.
5. Improved Energy Levels: The nutrients in juices, particularly vitamins and minerals, can support energy production and combat fatigue. Some people report feeling more energized after a juice cleanse, potentially due to increased hydration and reduced reliance on processed foods.
6. Potential for Skin Improvement: The vitamins and antioxidants in fresh juices can help improve skin complexion and reduce acne. Increased hydration from juicing can also contribute to healthier skin.
